Pay Plan
The pay plan bill, SB392, sponsored by Senator Davis, Russellville, and co-sponsors Representative Maddox, Mena, and Representative Wooten, Beebe, passed out the House yesterday and now heads to the Governor’s office for signing!
Bereavement Leave
Sponsored by Senator Jamie Scott, Little Rock, SB241 passed out of committee yesterday and now heads to the House for it's final hurdle.

Retiree News
The Public Retirement committee held their last meeting Tuesday for the 2025 session. This year saw no significant changes. Your APERS board representation and retirees 3% COLA is intact.
Looking forward to actually seeing the cross-walk- so we know how it effects us! No information has been discussed from Supervisors as was stated when it was presented to legislators "Employees will/ should talk with their Supervisors for clarity".
